Welcome to my website, it is my intent and hope that it will be a informative source for those of a curious mind or who have a need for information. The material here is for those who wish to learn more about diversity issues from a human based approach. It is presented with honesty born from a need to show the world that we really aren't as different as many think we are.My philosophy is just that, it is about my journey of change and growth as a transgender and along the way I toss in a dash of common sense and humor.It is important to remember that people change just as life does. I guess you can say I am making a really big change. But this change has shown me a whole new path in life that I wasn't expecting, sure I knew things would be different but I never thought that it would be like this and I love it.Today not only do I work for a great company, but I taken on this new role as a freelance writer who specializes in diversity topics from a humanist perspective. The articles here are written from a very personal viewpoint and by no means imply that they are the only way to get through life but the ideas and philosophy here does work in helping cope with the stress of getting through the everyday world and I believe that anyone can use these ideas and tools.I am also available for educational and speaking engagements dealing with Diversity Issues.
